These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Jazbazz platform ("Jazbazz", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering on or using Jazbazz, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

Jazbazz is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. It operates for entertainment purposes and is intended exclusively for adults (18+).

One Account, One Person

Each individual is allowed only One Account You may open one account. If multiple accounts for the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any accumulated balances may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information Is Mandatory

During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. If an account is created with false or inaccurate information and this is discovered during verification, the account may be closed.

• The mobile number and payment account used during registration must belong to the same individual.
• Jazbazz may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Jazbazz is exclusively for 18 Years of Age or Older individuals only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Jazbazz is committed to protecting minors. If there is any suspicion that a minor is using this platform, the account will be suspended immediately.

Deposit Terms

Deposits on Jazbazz can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), and BRAC Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is generally ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account instantly.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If a deposit fails, contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal Terms

Winnings are sent directly to your Bangladeshi mobile banking account, typically processed within 15 to 45 minutes.

• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if your deposited principal has not been wagered at least once.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if suspicious activity is detected.
• BKash or Nagad's own cash-out charges may apply — these are not Jazbazz fees.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on Jazbazz's Sportsbook and Casino.

Bet Acceptance

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of placing a bet. Bets will not be accepted if your balance is insufficient.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Jazbazz reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

Match Cancellations & Postponements

• If a match is cancelled in full, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a suspended match does not resume within 24–48 hours, the associated bets may be voided.
• Once results are officially announced, winnings will be credited to the winner's account.

Jazbazz bonuses and promotional offers come with their own terms and conditions. The general rules are outlined below.

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering (betting loop or "turnover") requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Jazbazz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

General Guide to Wagering

The wagering requirement (also known as "turnover" or "rollover") means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jazbazz. Engaging in any one of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts for the same person.
• Fake Identity: Registering with a false name, age, or any other incorrect information.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic betting designed to exploit or circumvent the bonus system.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting unauthorized access to the system or other accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• VPN Abuse: Using a VPN to access the platform from a restricted region.
• Automated Betting Software: Betting using bots or automated tools.

• Information is not shared with government agencies except where required by law.
